WhatsApp is quickest while you are still deciding. Email is best if you want a written itinerary and a price. The phone is for anything urgent, including while you are travelling with us.
We answer from Nairobi during Kenyan office hours. Complex multi country itineraries can take two or three days to cost properly, and we would rather take the time than send you a number we cannot hold.

Your travel window
Exact dates if you have them, or the month. Season changes the price more than anything else, particularly in Kenya.

Who is travelling
Number of adults, and the ages of any children. Family room configurations and child rates depend on it.

How long you have
Total nights available, including any beach or island days. We will divide them sensibly.

Your comfort level
Value, mid range or premium. Most routes are priced at all three, so this decides which column we quote.
What happens next
A written itinerary, not a sales sequence
You will get one reply from a person, with a costed route, named properties at the level you asked for, and a note on whether your month is a good one for what you want to see. If it is not, we will say so and suggest a better window. Most itineraries go through two or three drafts before anyone pays anything, and there is no charge for that.

Tell us the number. Most of our routes exist at three price levels, and if the budget does not fit the route we will say so rather than cut corners quietly.
Do you take last minute bookings?+

Yes, subject to availability. In August and September camp space is the limiting factor rather than our capacity.
Can you help with flights and visas?+

We advise on routings and can process UAE visas for our Dubai travellers. International air ticketing and other visas are handled case by case.
